what if I don't want to sign up for the tinderbux program?

While we hope you will enjoy the benefits the Tinderbux program offers, we understand that you may not want to join at this time.  So we offer a 10% discount on any cigar purchase 20 cigars or over and a 10% discount on any tobacco purchase of 1 pound or over.

No, you may either use the discount or earn TinderBux.

do you sell food or liquor?

No.  However, you can BYOB.  We do sell sodas and water and a few snacks.

is it okay to bring in my own cigar?

We sell cigars, which is how we are able to offer the lounge.  You may smoke a cigar you purchased elsewhere as long as you purchase one while you are in the shop.

can i rent out your shop?

what is your return policy?

There are no returns on tobacco products.  However, exceptions can be made if the product you received was damaged or defective in some way.  If this is the case, you will need to return the product to us, and upon inspection we will return/exchange the product and refund the return shipping charges to you.  If we find the product to not be defective, we will refund you the product price of the remaining product less a 10% restocking fee.

For non- tobacco products, you have 30 days for a refund/exchange of product price.  Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product is defective or damaged in some way.  The product must be returned in its original packaging and in resellable condition.
